Specialist Neurological Physiotherapy at Home

Living with stroke, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis or a brain or spinal injury brings unique challenges. Our neurological physiotherapy focuses on function, balance, strength and independence in the place that matters most: your home.

We set meaningful goals with you and your family, such as transferring safely out of a chair, walking to the shops or getting back into the garden, and progress treatment steadily towards them using frequent, task-specific practice.

Where helpful we work alongside your consultant, GP, case manager or care team so that everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Neurological rehabilitation works because the nervous system adapts with practice: the more often a movement is repeated in a meaningful context, the stronger it becomes. That is why we build sessions around the tasks you actually need: your stairs and your kitchen.

Available across Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Winchester, Salisbury and everywhere in between.

Yes. Progress in neurological rehabilitation comes from frequent, meaningful practice, so every plan includes a short daily routine matched to your ability, and we coach family or carers to support it safely.

Yes, and we pace them. Rest breaks are built in where fatigue is part of the condition, and we split the hour across positions and tasks so it stays productive.
