Paying for Home Physiotherapy
Simple pricing, flexible ways to fund it. Here is how our clients pay for their care.
One Simple Price, Paid Monthly
Every session costs £90 for a full hour, covering assessment or treatment, your exercise plan and our clinical notes. We invoice monthly in arrears with 14 days to pay, so there is never anything to pay on the day and never a block of sessions to buy up front.
Most of our clients fund their own care, and plenty combine that with the routes below. If money is the thing holding you back from getting help, call us: we would rather talk it through honestly than have you struggle on.

Five Ways Our Clients Pay
Self-Funding
The most common route: pay our monthly invoice by bank transfer. Simple and flexible, with no commitment beyond the visits you actually want.
Private Health Insurance
We work on a pay-and-reclaim basis with most major insurers: you settle our invoice and reclaim using the detailed receipt we provide. Check your policy covers home-visit physiotherapy first.
Attendance Allowance
A non-means-tested benefit for people over State Pension age who need help with personal care. It is yours to spend as you choose, and many clients put it toward their physiotherapy.
Direct Payments & NHS Funding
Council direct payments can sometimes fund physiotherapy where it is part of your agreed support plan, and NHS Continuing Healthcare occasionally covers community physiotherapy. Your social worker or NHS team can confirm what applies to you.
Case-Managed & Medico-Legal
For litigation-funded rehabilitation we invoice the case manager, solicitor or insurer directly, with documentation to medico-legal standard. More for case managers.

We invoice monthly for the sessions you have had, payable within 14 days by bank transfer. There is nothing to pay on the day.
Usually, yes. You pay us directly and we provide a detailed receipt with everything your insurer needs to reimburse you. Check your policy covers physiotherapy at home before the first session, and we will support any paperwork your insurer asks for.
Yes. Attendance Allowance is paid to help with the costs of personal care needs, it is not means-tested, and how it is spent is up to you. Many of our clients use it toward their sessions.
Where physiotherapy is part of an agreed social care support plan, direct payments can sometimes be used; your social worker or case coordinator can confirm. NHS Continuing Healthcare packages occasionally fund community physiotherapy too, though that is normally arranged through the NHS team.
We invoice the case manager, solicitor or insurer directly and report in the format the case requires. See our case managers page or get in touch to set this up.
Often, yes. SSAFA and the Royal British Legion support veterans and their families, including many around Salisbury Plain, and lots of professions have their own benevolent funds that grant toward rehabilitation. If a fund agrees to help, we can invoice them directly and provide whatever paperwork the grant requires.
