Our team includes clinicians experienced in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, and vestibular rehabilitation. This means we can manage a broad range of complex presentations without needing to refer your client elsewhere.
Every client receives a comprehensive initial assessment report including baseline outcome measures, clinical findings, and a goal-oriented treatment plan. Progress reports are provided at agreed intervals and are written to the standard expected in medico-legal and insurance contexts. We can tailor report format and frequency to your requirements.
We aim to conduct initial assessments within 5 working days of receiving instruction. For urgent cases, we can often arrange earlier. You'll receive acknowledgement of your instruction within 24 hours.
We use recognised, validated outcome measures throughout the treatment cycle, including the Timed Up and Go test, Berg Balance Scale, grip dynamometry, gait speed assessments, and condition-specific tools. This provides objective evidence of your client's progression and supports the clinical narrative of your case.
All sessions take place in the client's own home or place of residence. This eliminates transport barriers, reduces missed appointments, and allows us to assess and address real-world functional challenges in the environment where your client actually lives.
You'll have a named physiotherapist as your point of contact for each client. We respond to queries promptly and proactively flag any clinical concerns, changes in presentation, or barriers to progress.
If you’re unsure whether we can work within your client’s funding arrangement, please get in touch and we’ll confirm.
