Send the case outline by email or phone. A clinician replies within one working day with availability, suitability and a fee estimate.
2. Assessment
Initial assessment at the client's home or place of residence, normally within five working days of instruction.
3. Baseline Report
A structured initial report with validated outcome measures, clinical findings and a goal-led plan, formatted to your requirements.
4. Programme & Reporting
Treatment from one named clinician, progress reports at agreed intervals and a discharge summary with final outcomes.
The Cases We Take
Most instructions involve one of three areas: orthopaedic trauma and road traffic accident recovery, stroke and acquired brain injury, or long-term neurological conditions such as MS and MND. Clients range from working-age adults in litigation to older adults with complex rehabilitation needs under deputyship.
When a case needs more than weekly input, we deliver intensive periods of more frequent rehabilitation. We record the dose delivered alongside the outcomes. We are treating clinicians. Our records and reports are written to support case management and litigation review. We liaise readily with experts, solicitors and the wider team around the client.

We invoice the instructing party directly: the case manager, solicitor, insurer or deputy. Invoices are itemised and sent monthly in arrears on agreed terms.

We use validated measures that suit the presentation, such as timed walk tests, the Berg Balance Scale and goal attainment scaling. We take them at baseline and repeat them at agreed intervals, so progress is objective.
We are treating clinicians. Our documentation is clinical records, structured progress reports and discharge summaries, rather than Part 35 expert evidence. We write it knowing it may be read in that context, and we cooperate fully with instructed experts.
Yes. We often work within deputyship and litigation-funded arrangements. Instructions and invoicing go through the deputy or solicitor. Treatment is goal-led, with outcome measures, and our records are kept to a standard suitable for that oversight.
