Charlie has been fantastic after my hip replacement, just can't recommend him enough. He was very patient with me while encouraging me with new exercises, and has really helped my confidence to move forward. I've made progress much quicker than I thought I would and that's all thanks to Charlie.

Who Books Us for Themselves
Most people who book for themselves are getting over something: a hip or knee replacement, a stay in hospital, or a fall that has knocked their confidence. Others have a long-term condition they want to stay ahead of, or aches that make the day harder than it should be. Whatever brings you to us, the shape is the same. You get one experienced physiotherapist, a full hour each visit, and a plan built around your home and your goals.
There is no referral needed and no waiting list. Most new clients are seen within days of getting in touch, and you see the same physiotherapist at every visit.
Common reasons people call us:

How It Works
1. Book a time that suits you
Call us or send the form and we will find a slot within days, morning or afternoon.
2. A thorough first visit
Around an hour at home: your story, a full assessment and an honest conversation about what is achievable.
3. A plan that moves with you
Hands-on treatment, exercises matched to your home, and progress reviewed at every visit.

Yes. Seeing the same physiotherapist each time matters to our clients: the person who assesses you is the person who treats you, visit after visit.
It depends on what we are working on. After the first assessment, we will tell you plainly what is realistic and agree a plan together. Some people need a handful of sessions, others carry on for longer.
Sessions are £90 for a full hour, wherever you live within our area. Full details are on our pricing page.
Hear From Our Clients
Emily is a lovely, engaging, patient and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Her time with my husband during his acute stroke recovery phase has been invaluable. Emily researched and adapted her sessions and exercises to my husband's specific requests and needs. Thank you Emily :-)
I had my first appointment with Charlie last month after coming out of hospital with 5 vertebral fractures. Barely able to walk or do anything for myself. Now 7 weeks later I'm able to walk unaided and do everything to look after myself.
This year my long term orthopaedic conditions and my vestibular migraine have been particularly troublesome. But thanks to Charlie's professional guidance my mobility is greatly improved and I am feeling much more confident when out and about.
After being let down by the NHS I was delighted to find South Coast Home Physiotherapy and it was a real bonus that they come to the home. Emily is skilled, helpful, friendly and solutions focused, providing the 1-1 support my daughter needs.
Professional, reliable and caring. The support from Charlie, our physio, has been invaluable.
Cannot praise them enough! Comprehensive and professional treatment plans that inspire you.
Enormously helpful advice and encouragement. I couldn't recommend more highly.
