A wide range: general joint aches and pains, osteoarthritis, balance problems and falls, recovery after surgery, stroke or a long hospital stay, and long-term neurological conditions such as Parkinson's and MS. Whatever the need, our aim is to help you stay active and independent.
Physiotherapy improves strength, balance, mobility and confidence, eases pain and stiffness, and helps you manage long-term conditions. Most people find they can do more, with less worry about falling.
No. You can contact us directly. If you are claiming through private medical insurance, check whether your insurer needs a GP referral first.
Your first visit includes a relaxed conversation about your history and goals, a physical assessment, a clear explanation of what we found and an agreed plan. Follow-up sessions combine hands-on treatment, guided exercise and progress checks.
Sessions are typically around an hour, giving plenty of time for assessment, treatment and questions without feeling rushed.
It depends on your goals and condition. Some people need a one-off assessment and a home programme; others benefit from a block of regular sessions after surgery or a hospital stay. We will give you an honest estimate after your first visit and review it as you progress.
Payment is taken per session by card, bank transfer or online through our booking system. We will confirm the details when you book.
Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in easily, and supportive footwear if we will be practising walking or balance.
Please let us know as early as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Our cancellation terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Very little. A chair, a clear patch of floor and a hallway or stairs are usually all we need. We bring any equipment required for your session.
Usually within a few days, and often sooner after a hospital discharge. Call or email us and we will find the earliest suitable time.
Absolutely. We encourage it. Family and carers can learn how to support exercises safely between visits.
We use recognised outcome measures at assessment and review, and share progress with you and, where you wish, with family, carers or your GP.
