The role

About the Role

South Coast Home Physiotherapy is a private, home-visiting physiotherapy service. Our physiotherapists treat people in their own homes and in care homes across Hampshire and south Wiltshire. We launched in 2025 and have grown quickly to a team of five physiotherapists, and we are now creating a full-time, permanent post to lead a dedicated caseload around Chichester, Havant, Emsworth and Hayling Island.

Every appointment is a full hour, with no 30-minute slots and no back-to-back clinic list. Each patient sees the same physiotherapist every visit, so you build real relationships and see the results of your work.

The caseload is varied: older adults working on strength, balance and falls prevention, rehabilitation after joint replacements and fractures, recovery after a hospital stay, and neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson's and MS. You will work across patients' homes, residential and nursing homes and community settings, with the chance to get involved in hydrotherapy as we develop the service.
