Physiotherapy Without the Waiting Room

We are always interested in hearing from physiotherapists and rehabilitation assistants who want to deliver genuinely personalised care. Working with us means generous appointment times, a supportive clinical team, variety across home visits and care homes, and the autonomy to do the job properly.

South Coast Home Physiotherapy launched in 2025 and has grown quickly: five physiotherapists now cover Hampshire and south Wiltshire, from Southampton and Portsmouth across to Winchester, Andover and Salisbury, working with private clients at home and with partner care homes. Growth like that keeps creating room for good clinicians.

The work

A Typical Week

A typical week is patch-based: full hour-long appointments, a sensible daily round rather than a packed clinic list, and clinical variety spanning post-operative rehabilitation, neurological work and falls prevention. You are trusted to manage your own caseload, with senior support a phone call away.

Alongside employed roles, we work with a small number of self-employed associate physiotherapists, typically between 4 and 30 hours a week on a defined local patch. As we grow, we are always glad to hear from experienced, HCPC-registered physios across Hampshire and the neighbouring counties who like the sound of working this way, even if the right patch is not open quite yet.
